To approve the sale of the land adjacent to
Littlebrook Cottage in line with the following terms and
conditions:
The subject land is identified as surplus. The land is currently
licenced to the adjacent homeowner affording access to their
property. The land will be sold with full access rights reserved
for the Council to the retained land. The Council will also impose
restrictions against it being used for any development
purposes.
The agreed sale price is £50,000, represents best
consideration reasonably obtainable, as confirmed by an independent
external valuer.
The purchaser has confirmed they will be paying all the
Council’s costs in relation to the sale.
