To note the insights and feedback shared by
residents and stakeholders through the community survey
and
roundtable discussion, as set out in Appendices 1 and 2 to this
report.
2. To recognise the
importance of The Electric Theatre to Guildford and its value as an
arts, culture and performance venue in the town.
3. To commit to exploring
options for the Theatre’s future use as an arts and
performance venue with community access, subject to independent
viability assessment and any future market engagement confirming
that this can be delivered sustainably.
