The variation of the lease of the garage is
required as the garage was demolished by the Council as it was
unsafe. The owner is in the process of selling the property known
as 24 Foxburrows Avenue and the land upon which the garage was
situated. The variation allows the buyers to use the land for
parking and to construct in the future a garage or car port upon
the land subject to the Council’s prior written approval.
They will be required to keep the land and any future garage or car
port on the land in good and substantial condition.

To enable the buyer to sell the land upon
which the garage was situated.
