The Extension Period within the Contract
identifies the potential to extend the term of the Contract for a
further period of 12 months. The term of the Contract will now end
on 31 March 2027.
The total Contract Value payable by the Buyer under the Contract
for the 12-month extension period will be £38,815 (plus
VAT).

Reasons for the decision

The contract is awarded to Yuliia Kohut, who
has worked with residents previously. Yuliia is familiar with the
families and individuals that require support through her work with
them previously.

Alternative options considered

It was considered to no longer provide these
lessons from 1 April 2026, however, this has been an essential part
of assisting refugee families integrate into the local community
and therefore it was assessed that continuing these lessons would
still be of benefit.
