To fund 13 units, supported housing scheme for young families until 31 March 2027. Cost £61,416 funded by Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and Domestic Abuse Grant.

Reasons for the decision

To prevent homelessness and rough sleeping as set out in the Homelessness Prevention and Rough sleeping strategy 02 April 2025 in particular Priority 3 Provide complete support to people who are homeless and dealing with challenging personal issues.
To reduce reliance on B&B and temporary accommodation.
To delivering flexible, intensive support for a short period of time to prepare clients to move on in the most suitable way for them
