Decision

To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 9 Enterprise Estate, Moorfield Road to Guildford Couriers Ltd in line with the following terms and conditions:
For the grant of a new lease the rent will be £8,500 per annum (from £8,000 pa) plus VAT and exclusive of service charge and business rates.
The agreed term is 3 years with a landlord only break option giving six months’ notice at any time after six months.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
In order to protect the Council’s interests, we will be granting a tenancy at will to cover the period following expiry whilst the terms of a new lease of the above premises are negotiated.
