Decision

To approve the grant of the occupational licence of a ground floor room in Castle Cottage.
The room will be let to The Castle Green Bowls Club for the purpose of equipment storage on the following terms and conditions:
The fee will be £250.00 per annum inclusive of all costs.
The agreed licence period is for 5 years
The licence will have a six-month rolling break option to allow GBC the ability to sell or redevelop

Reasons for the decision

The Castle Green Bowls club need additional storage space for their equipment. The Bowls clubhouse is 20 yards away, so the Cottage is easily assessable

Alternative options considered

The decision meets the policy requirements for the Council and there were no alternative options available.
