Following the establishment of two new
Overview and Scrutiny Committees for 2024-25, meetings of these
committees be scheduled as follows:

Overview and Scrutiny Committee – Resources: 4 June 2024, 9
July 2024, 10 September 2024, 12 November 2024, 14 January 2025, 4
March 2025, and 15 April 2025.

Overview and Scrutiny Committee – Services: 10 June 2024, 22
July 2024, 30 September 2024, 4 November 2024, 16 December 2024, 3
February 2025, and 7 April 2025.

Reasons for the decision

To assist with the preparation of individual
committee work programmes and carrying out the overview and
scrutiny functions of the Council.

Alternative options considered

To revise the proposed dates in light of
comments received from consultees.
