Purchase 23L food caddies from IPL Plastics UK Limited via ESPO following a tender process for a 3 year contract. The purchases will be made within existing revenue budgets.

To continue business as usual operations and facilitate the delivery of food caddies to -
- Residents with an assisted collection
- Local stockiest for residents to collect
- Residents that have moved into a newly built homes
- Businesses that are subscribed to the Council's commercial waste service
