2. To note that the NDH Business Plan will be prepared and presented to the Committee following recruitment of the new board members and chair.

Reason(s):

The Council continues to maintain an oversight of North Downs Housing Limited as shareholder through its holding company, Guildford Borough Holdings Limited.
