To approve the reviewed rent of the above property leased to Scout Association Trust Corporation.
In accordance with clause 7.0 of the lease, the annual passing rent of £275.00 has been reviewed as of 8th December 2025 and it is proposed to increase it to £380.33 per annum
Under the terms of the lease the rent has been reviewed by the Retail Price Index, so no external consultants were required to value the property.
A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this review.
This rent review falls within the General Consent contained within the Section 24 Direction and therefore no specific West Surrey consent is required.
