Decision

To approve the grant of the lease of Units 24 and 25 Enterprise Estate, Slyfield, GU1 1RB to Total AV Control Ltd in line with the following terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £15,500 per annum (from £15,000 pa) plus VAT and exclusive of service charge and business rates.
The agreed term is 3 years with a landlord only break option giving six months’ notice at any time after six months.
