Decision

To close The High Street, Guildford (Quarry Street to North Street Section from 8am to 12noon), North Street - Chertsey Street to High Street section (from 10am to 10.45am Upper High Street - North Street to Eastgate Gardens section (from 10am to 10.45am), Tunsgate (from 10am to 12.30pm), Castle Square (from 10am to 12.30pm) and Castle Street (from 10am to 12.30pm), to all vehicular traffic from 8:00 am till 12:30 pm on Sunday, 8 November 2026 to accommodate the Guildford High Street Remembrance Service.

Access for official vehicles, emergency vehicles, permitted vehicles and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times during the closure.
