Citizens Advice South West Surrey (CASWS) to deliver a specialist Homelessness Prevention and Money Advice Service for residents of Guildford who are threatened with homelessness. or whose financial difficulties place them at significant risk of losing their home.

Reasons for the decision

The service forms an important part of Guildford’s homelessness prevention pathway. It complements the work of the Council’s Housing Team by providing specialist advice and casework support to residents whose housing issues are closely linked to financial hardship, debt, welfare benefits and wider social challenges.
