To let contract to employ Programme Manager to support the IDOX Migration project.

Reasons for the decision

To provide necessary capacity and programme management to ensure that the project achieves agreed outcomes
• Migration of Planning, Building Control and Land Charges from Acoloid to IDOX Cloud within timescales set out in contract with IDOX
• Realise business process changes and transformation

Seek to deliver project without necessary resource – rejected as high risk of project failure without resource.
