Continuation of the current system for complaints and FOI management for 12 months.

Reasons for the decision

The current contract was due to expire. We have identified that we will require a complaints and FOI system up to and after vesting day until future decisions are made by West Surrey. The continuation of the current system for 12 months is the most practical option in this case.
