Decision

To approve the grant of a contracted-out lease of unit B4 Moorfield Point to BEW Electrical Distributors Ltd in line with the following terms and conditions:
For the grant of a new lease the rent will be £46,784 per annum with a rent-free period of 3 months’ then 6 months half rent. There is a rent deposit of 3 months rent plus VAT.
The agreed term is 4 years with no tenant’s break.
The rent will be payable quarterly in advance. There is no rent review.
