The Council’s tenant of the above property has requested that
they be given licence to allow them to carry out the following
alterations at the above property: -
Retrospective consent for any completed works and consent for the
proposed works including the installation of a car port/car wash
over the existing interceptor, removal of the fence between the
Property and 15 Westfield Road, removing kerbs and tree stumps on
southern boundary and levelling the ground with concrete, erection
of part timber fence on the southern boundary, replacement of
guttering to the east and west elevation, refurbishment of office
interior, installation of superfast broadband via a spur off the
supply to 15 Westfield Road, installation of security alarm system
and Rhino security posts at entrance of Property, Installation of
flood lighting, filling of inspection pit inside warehouse,
installation of separate meters for power and water to existing
supplies to car wash area. Also - replacement of doors and windows,
resurface the flat roof, install mesh fence to provide screening
for neighbouring properties, resurface the car park with bitmac,
construct workshop extension and construction of car ports, and any
other reasonable ancillary works to the overall project.
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
alterations.
