The Council’s tenant of the above
property has requested that they be given licence to allow them to
carry out the following alterations at the above property.
Retrospective consent for any completed works and consent for the
proposed works. This includes alterations already carried out
following the granting of planning consent 19/P/00281and additional
alterations including alterations to the roof to allow installation
of mezzanine floor, changes to boundary fence between 15 Westfield
Road and 1 North Moors, install gas tank and blast wall to north
boundary, install partitions on mezz floor, reconfigure
doors/windows/loading bays, new staircase to north side of
property, signage, new heating/ventilation systems including vents
and pipework, internal MOT bay, installation of various service
plant and services equipment, fire proofing of ceiling, install EV
point and any other reasonable ancillary works to the overall
project.
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
alterations.
Additionally, where the proposed use of the property differs to the
current use, Licence will be given to allow the proposed additional
uses as set out in planning consent 20/P/00897 – this will be
permitted only by Licence and so will be personal to the
lessee.
