To approve the grant of an occupational licence of Sutherland
Memorial Park Hall to Burpham Community Hub, in line with the
following terms and conditions:

The fee will be £1,584.00 per year, in addition, any hires
over 746 hours per year will be calculated as one invoice at the
end of the year at £2.19 for every additional hour of hire.
The fee will be payable quarterly in arrears.

The agreed licence period is 5 years.

A management agreement will be appended to the licence, setting out
how the Council expects the licencee to operate.
