Sailor Food and Beverages Ltd. will soon
complete a new lease of Unit 9 Midleton Enterprise Park. As part of
their fit-out of this industrial unit they will be making the
following alterations to the premises:

- Creating a WC lobby with non-structural walls to ensure 2-door
separation between WC and food prep areas.

- Installing new water and drainage pipework for a dish-washing
sink within the food prep area.

- Installing five new 3-phase power outlets for kitchen
equipment

- Installing a ventilation fan to existing fresh air vent (N.B.
this will not require a new penetration in the external wall)

These alterations are deemed to be acceptable and will be consented
by a license to alter under which the tenant will be obliged to
comply with all relevant legislation and Building Regulations. The
Tenant will also be required to remove these installations and make
good when it vacates the premises at the end of its lease
term.
