The Council’s tenant BC BBU Ltd of the above property has
requested that they be given licence to allow the sub-letting of 5
Woodbridge Meadows.

For a sub-letting: Atkins Realis UK Ltd

This will be for a period of circa 18 months at a rent of
£100,000p.a. for temporary open storage and parking use in
connection with a local contract.

The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
sub-letting.
