The Council’s tenant of the above property has requested that
they be given licence to allow them to carry out the following
alterations at the above property.

Installation of motion capture facility consisting of 4 control
rooms, 4 VO/motion capture rooms, server room, kitchen, WC’s
and changing rooms, office and recreation area. External works
relating to plant. Plans supplied.
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
alterations.
