GBC need Environmental Services to support the
Weyside Urban Village (WUV) development. This includes all elements
of the masterplan and sub-projects required as part of the s106
agreement. The team is currently working on yearly contract awards,
but would like to create a long term contract to provide more
flexibility and value for money to the project.

The scope of services is to include all Environmental Services
(including Ecological Services and associated surveys). The
services may also include landscape and civil services for certain
sub projects outlined below.

The scope of works cover the following sub-projects:
• Phases 1-6 (incl. New Depot)
• SANG
• SANG footpath
• Stoke Lock Bridge
• Common Land
• Off-site Highways
• Allotments
• General Site Wide Services

Reasons for the decision

In order to enter into a long term (3-4 years)
contract for Environmental Services for WUV.
