28 Drummond Road was sold back in 1988 as a
Right to Buy however the land immediately outside the front door
including a step down and a skylight to the basement was not
included as shown on the attached plans and photograph, this was
clearly an error and should have been included.

To rectify this error and for the current owners to be able to sell
the property we will need to transfer the land to the current
owners.

It is a disposal of a consideration of £1.00

Reasons for the decision

There was an error made when the property was
sold in 1988 and we therefore need to rectify the issue.
