Subject to a waiver being granted, that the
Joint Strategic Director for Legal & Democratic Services
decides to enter into a contract between Waverley Borough Council,
Guildford Borough Council and a recruitment agency, Odgers, for the
services of an interim consultant Joint Senior HR & OD Advisor,
for a 6 month period, at a cost of £129,350, with each
Council being liable for 50% of the costs, to provide a joint
service of consultancy advice to both WBC and GBC.
