The property was acquired in accordance with
the provisions of the Rent to Mortgage Scheme under the Right to
Buy legislation on 6 October 2003. The tenant at that time paid a
proportion of the purchase price for the property, such portion was
calculated on the weekly rent payable. The remaining portion known
as the Landlord’s share sits as a charge on the property and
which the owner now wishes to redeem.
