Decision: To note the investment into North Downs Housing, the interest charged to date and the value outstanding. Reason(s): 1.       A decision needs to be taken about the treatment of the outstanding debt. 2.       To ensure that the Executive remains informed of financial matters in order to be transparent and make decisions. Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: None. Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: Councillor Angela Goodwin declared a non-pecuniary interest as she was a non-executive director sitting on the board of North Downs Housing.
