Agreed to

1.    Approve the signing of the
Memorandum of Understanding which sets out formal collaboration arrangements
between the Trustees of the Lloyd George Museum Charitable Trust (The Trust)
and Cyngor Gwynedd (the Council).

2.    Approve that the day-to-day running
of the museum on behalf of the charity be given to the services of Cyngor
Gwynedd.

3.    Approve the Draft Terms of Reference
for the Collaboration Board which sets out the collaboration arrangements
between the Trust, the Council and the Friends of Lloyd George Museum (The
Friends).

4.    Receive the update on the
implementation of the Business Case and the contribution of the Friends.

5.    Respond to the SPF project and the
plans to create new exhibitions.

6.    Support that the Museums and Arts
Service submit a bid to SPF 2 on behalf of the Trust in order to develop plans
for the future and associated activities to engage and market the Museum.
