1.     To co-opt a Member of the Eryri National Park Authority (without a vote)
on the Economic Well-being Sub-Committee to support its functions and
responsibilities.

2.     That the following member of Eryri National Park Authority be co-opted
to the Economic Well-being Sub-Committee relevant to strategic planning matters
only:
