To approve
the implementation of the first step of the DSB5 - Organisation Management
System in the Digital Plan project, in order to meet the needs of Human
Resources and Payroll, but to delay the development of a new financial
management system until further approval is received from the Cabinet.

 

To approve
the release of £1.2m of resources from the Transformation Fund as a one-off
contribution towards the costs of developing the new Payroll / Human Resources
system.
