That the Council:-

Adopts the amendments to the Internal
Resolution Procedure (Appendix 1 of the report).

2.    Adopts the
amendments to Section 7 – Scrutiny (Appendix 2)

3.    Accepts
the report on the delegated amendments (Appendix 3).
