Decision

1.      To accept the report, noting the observations made during the discussion.
2.      To declare support for developing a business plan for investment to enable the service to undertake a high percentage of road-marking work internally.
3.      To recommend to the Highways, Engineering and YGC Department that a performance measure should be developed with regard to prioritising road marking and the safety of all road users, including pedestrians and cyclists.
