RESOLVED:
1.
The Audit Committee noted the contents of the
reports.

The Interim Group Director, Finance was authorised to
approve the final Statement of Accounts for 2023/24, contingent
upon the completion of the outstanding work by the external
auditor, as detailed in the audit completion reports (see Appendix
1 & 2).
