Following amendments
to the recommendations which were published in the addendum, it was
RESOLVED:
 
1. 
To approve the Gambling Statement (“the Statement”) at
Appendix 1.
2. 
To approve the report on the Consultation at Appendix 2
3. 
Not to issue casino premises licences under the Gambling Act 2005
for a further period not exceeding three years effective from 31
January 2025 given the characteristics of the Borough and following
the recommendation of the Licensing Committee.
4. 
To authorise the Group Director of Climate Homes and Economy to
make any non-substantial changes to the Gambling Statement as
appropriate.
