RESOLVED:
 
Hackney Procurement Board approve:
 
1. 
The procurement of an Open Framework under the Procurement Act 2023
and the Procurement Regulations 2024 for the Provision of Short
Breaks and Homecare for Disabled Children. The contract will run
for a maximum period of 5 years (4 years + 1 year) from 1st October
2025. The maximum budget for the service over the five year period will be £12,360,000.
2. 
The procurement of an Open Framework under the Procurement Act 2023
and the Procurement Regulations 2024 for the Provision of Overnight
Care for Disabled Children. The contract will run for a maximum
period of 5 years (4 years + 1 year) from 1st October 2025. The
maximum budget for the service over the five
year period will be £1,000,000.
