RESOLVED:
 
1. 
To note the contents and findings contained within the Cumulative
Impact Research Report at Appendix 1
2. 
To note the Cumulative Impact Assessment Consultation Report at
Appendix 2
3. 
To recommend to Full Council that a Cumulative Impact Assessment
(CIA) in respect of the area shown in the map (Shoreditch) at
Appendix 3 be published. This would not be applicable to small
restaurants (with no more than 50 covers) operating no later than
23:00 weekdays and 00:00 at weekends.
4. 
To recommend to Full Council that the area shown in the map
(Dalston) at Appendix 4 be referred to
in the Statement of Licensing (2023-2028) as a Special
Consideration Policy Area (SCA). This would not be applicable to
small restaurants (with no more than 50 covers) operating no later
than 23:00 weekdays and 00:00 at weekends.
5. 
To note that the Statement of Licensing (2023-2028) would be
revised to make reference to a CIA and SCA
 
The Licensing Committee decided not
to recommend to Full Council to publish a Cumulative Impact
Assessment (CIA) in respect of the area shown in the map
(Dalston) at Appendix as it felt it was
not supported by the findings of the research.
