RESOLVED:
 
1. 
To consider the contents and findings contained within the
Cumulative Impact Research Report.
 
2. 
To note the report on the consultation.
 
3. 
To publish a Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) in respect of the
area(s) shown in the map (Shoreditch) at Appendix 3. This would not
be applicable to small restaurants (with no more than 50 covers)
operating no later than 23:00 weekdays and 00:00 at weekends.
 
4. 
To note that the area shown in the map (Dalston) at Appendix 4 will
be referred to in the Statement of Licensing Policy (2023-2028) as
a Special Consideration Area (SCA). This would not be applicable to
small restaurants (with no more than 50 covers) operating no later
than 23:00 weekdays and 00:00 at weekends.

To note that the Statement of Licensing Policy (2023-2028) would be
revised to make reference to the CIA and will be effective from
01/04/2025.

To note that the Statement of Licensing Policy (2023-2028) would be
revised to make reference to the SCA and will be effective from
01/04/2025.
