RESOLVED:
 
That Hackney Procurement Board approve the
following:
 
To award the contract, (using an amended form
of the JCT Measured Term Contract) to Bidder E for an initial term
of three years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years (1 +
1) for the provision of maintaining communal heating and hot water
plant and associated in-dwelling equipment.
 
RELATED DECISIONS
 
The low risk Business Case in line with
Contract Standing Orders was approved by the strategic director for
housing on the10th May 2023. This approved a procurement under the
Restricted Procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to
procure a specialist service provider to carry out servicing and
maintenance works to communal heating and hot water systems [ref
DN695549]
