RESOLVED:
 
That the Committee:
 
1. 
Agree the proposed amendments to the Council Procedure Rules as set
out in Appendix 1 to this report.
2. 
Delegate authority to the Monitoring Officer to make any
typographical or grammatical corrections to the contents of
Appendix 1 that may be required and to make amendments to the
contents of Appendix 1 to give effect to the decisions of this
Committee.
3. 
Recommend to Full Council at its Annual Meeting on 14 May 2025 that
the amendments as set out in Appendix 1, or as otherwise agreed by
this Committee, be approved with immediate effect.
