RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the Committee notes the feedback and results of the
survey.
2. 
The Committee agrees that any feedback via the survey relating to
amendments to the Constitution will be considered under the
Committee’s report Proposed Amendments to Council Procedure
Rules dated 8 April.
3. 
That the Committee delegates authority to the Monitoring Officer to
proceed with taking forward any further explorations on the
presentation of the Constitution and its accessibility.
 
Reason for the
decision(s)
 
To provide the Committee with the opportunity
to consider stakeholder
feedback on the refreshed Council’s
Constitution since its implementation on
3 September 2023.
 
Through the COWG, the Committee is already
considering other changes to
the Council’s Constitution as set out in
2.2 above.
