RESOLVED:
 
1. 
To agree the proposed amendments to the Council Procedure Rules as
set out in Appendix 1 and the associated Council Petition Scheme as
set out in Appendix 3 with immediate effect.
 
2. 
To authorise the Monitoring Officer to make any typographical or
grammatical corrections to the contents of Appendices 1 and 3 or to
otherwise give effect to the decision of Full Council.
 
3. 
To authorise the Monitoring Officer to make amendments to other
parts of the Constitution that may be required to ensure that the
amendments contained in Appendices 1 and 3 are reflected
throughout.
