To approve the procurement process to secure a
contractor(s) for the recovery of parking debts services to a
minimum of three (3) with an option to extend for a further one (1)
year totalling a maximum of four (4) enforcement
agencies.

Hackney Procurement Board:
 
Approve the procurement process via a YPO
Framework to secure services
for the recovery of parking Penalty Charge
Notices debts via the
engagement of (i):
a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5)
enforcement agencies; and (ii) up to 3 debt
collection agencies, each for a
period of four (4) years with an option to
extend for a further one (1) year.
