RESOLVED:
 
Hackney Procurement Board approve the direct
award to supplier A for the support and hosting services for the
Mosaic Social Care system, using the YPO Framework, for a
contractual term of 3 years (plus an optional extension, at the
Council’s discretion, of up to 2 additional years).
