RESOLVED:
1.
That in accordance with the Local Authorities (Calculation of
Council Tax Base) (England) Regulations 2012, the amount calculated
by Hackney Council as its Council Tax Base for 2026/27 shall be
80,163.35 Band D equivalent properties adjusted for non-collection.
This represents an estimated collection rate of 94.5%.
2.
That delegated authority be given to the Group Director of
Corporate Resources to determine the 2026/27 Business Rates
Base.
3.
That the Council Tax Reduction Scheme for 2026/27 remains unchanged
from that previously approved by Full Council.
