RESOLVED:
 

Following the conclusions of a compliant tender and
evaluation

process under the public contracts regulations
2015,

 

The Group Director of Housing, Climate and Economy
is

recommended to approve:

 
1. 
The award of a four-year (2+1+1) framework
agreement to the top three ranked contractors for capital lift
works; and

 
2. 
The award of the first year's call-off contract
under the framework to contractors identified in exempt appendix 2
as C, G and H for a total of £7,231,169.86.

 

The maximum budget for capital lift works over the
four-year
framework period is £24 million.
