Resolved:
 
1. 
To approve the new planning code of conduct for Councillors
(appendix 1)
2. 
To delegate authority to the Monitoring Officer in consultation
with the Assistant Director Planning and Building Control to make
any changes to the Code including changes to comply with statutory
requirements in relation to future training for Councillors on
planning matters.
