The Cabinet Procurement and Insourcing Committee approved the minutes of their previous meeting held on 2 February 2026. The Cabinet approved the incorporation of a Council-owned management company, nominated an Intelligent Shareholder, and authorised the Director of Legal Democratic and Electoral Services to incorporate the new company. The Cabinet approved a direct award of a contract for a Human Resources Information and Payroll System.
