Purpose

To facilitate financial management and control of the Council's finances.

Decision

RESOLVED:

1. 1.  The overall financial position of the Council as at August 2026, were noted.
2. 2.  To note the updated MTFP included at Appendix 2.
3. 3.  To approve the acceptance of grant funding from the Greater London Authority (GLA) for the London Talent Pathways provision for the maximum sum of £1,904,520 for the academic years 2026-2028, (and subject to the agreement of the Executive Director for Homes, Climate, and Economy, the extension of such funding agreement with the GLA for the academic year 2028-2029); and agree to enter into a grant agreement with the applicable parties in respect of such funding.
