RESOLVED:

1. 1.  To agree the appointment of Supplier B as the sole supplier on a newly established framework contract for the provision of  Cleaning Services  on  behalf  of  Schools  and  Children  Centres  within Hackney.  The term  of  the  framework  is  proposed  to  be  a  maximum  of four  years. This will be comprised of an initial  two  year framework agreement  with  an  option  to  extend  the framework agreement for  a  further  two  years  in  annual  increments.  The  total  value  of  the framework  will  be  a  maximum  of  £6  million.  A  single  provider  will  be appointed  to  deliver  the  services  under  the  framework.
